Payments & Project Terms
All projects are confirmed in writing before work begins. Invoices are issued either at project start or upon delivery, with a 14 day payment period. For ongoing plans, invoices are issued monthly in advance. Prices are agreed upon before work begins — no hidden fees or extra charges. Work starts once payment or written confirmation is received. If a project is cancelled after confirmation, completed work will be invoiced based on progress. All payments are handled securely in ISK or SEK, depending on the client’s location. Digital products (such as templates or guides) are delivered instantly and are therefore non-refundable once downloaded.

Canva & Creative Tools
All designs are created using licensed professional tools and original layouts. Canva is used for design and layout purposes under its valid commercial content license. Each project is custom-assembled and tailored to the client’s brand and goals. While every design composition is original, certain elements (such as photos, icons, or graphics) may originate from Canva’s licensed content library and can also be used by other Canva users under the same license. Editable source files (such as Canva templates or working files) are not included unless specifically agreed upon before the project begins.
All logos and brand elements created by Semperic are independently designed and do not include any Canva library elements that are restricted for trademark or logo use.
Clients are granted full commercial rights to use the final exported materials delivered by Semperic. However, redistribution, resale, or modification of Canva-licensed assets outside Canva’s platform may require the client to hold their own Canva account with the appropriate license (Free or Pro).
AI & Research Tools
AI tools may be used occasionally to assist with research, idea development, and writing flow.
All final results are human-created and manually reviewed to ensure quality, accuracy, and originality.
No personal, confidential, or client-identifiable information is ever entered into AI systems.
AI is used ethically and responsibly — only to improve clarity and efficiency, never to replace human creativity or professional judgment.
Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
Clients receive full commercial usage rights to all final deliverables provided by Semperic once full payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Copyright and moral rights remain with Semperic unless explicitly transferred.
Semperic retains the right to display non-confidential work samples as portfolio material, including on its website, social media channels, and other professional platforms.
Digital products, templates, and downloadable materials are licensed for personal or internal business use only. They may not be resold, redistributed, repackaged, or republished, in whole or in part, even if modified.
Ethical Standards & Liability
All advice and recommendations are based on professional judgment, experience, and the information provided at the time of the project. While every effort is made to deliver accurate and practical insights, Semperic does not guarantee specific results such as increased sales, engagement, or business growth, as outcomes depend on factors beyond our control.
All recommendations are intended as professional guidance and support for decision-making. Semperic cannot be held liable for any indirect or consequential losses, including (but not limited to) loss of income, data, or reputation, or for results outside the agreed scope of work.
All communication and marketing materials are created honestly and transparently, in accordance with applicable advertising and consumer protection laws. Client information is treated with strict confidentiality and handled in compliance with current data protection regulations (including GDPR).
Communication & Contact
All collaboration is conducted remotely unless otherwise stated. Email is the main form of communication, with replies typically within 1–2 business days. Semperic Business Consulting, based in Iceland, supporting small businesses across Sweden and Iceland.
